Teachers will now have to apply for a license to teach. I believe this license will ensure that teachers will churn out brilliant citizens ever year. And corporeal punishment will be nil. Eh!

Speaking to one teacher he said that he was looking forward to signing the document. He wishes that it will also test the teacher on his or her ability to educate another person. Because you see, many people can get a degree but only a few can actually educate. Being a teacher and an educator are two different things.

Proof; just see the under performing schools in Fiji, there are 80 or so around.
