Sevens coach to name side for upcoming tournaments

Fiji rugby 7s coach Iliesa Tanivula will name his 12-man side this afternoon to play at the Adelaide and Hong Kong 7s on the IRB World Series later this month.

Fiji 7s lost star play-maker, William Ryder and inspirational forward, Seremaia Burotu because of injury last week.

Tanivula has included three new players in his extended squad and a medical test, a fitness test plus a final morning run will help him decide on his final side.

Fiji is in third position behind New Zealand and Samoa on the IRB world series points table. Tanivula’s men would defend the Hong Kong 7s title.
